I think so that we have to first make our process flow diagram then
ReplyDeletewe should have to list out the number of variables to be controlled and then shortlist them in two groups.
1) Critical
2) not critical
So we can decide our control loops to be controlled by PLC/DCS.

ReplyDelete1.we have process flow digram,and we developed process and instrumentation diagram.if u have other control strategies then let us know.
2. regarding batc reactor bottle filing and conveyor motion start -stop will be controlled on B & R plc.
batch reactor instruments will be controlled through Delta V DCS,
